100% LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE & PRICE MATCH POLICY:
As much as we would love to earn your business every time, It’s just not possible. We believe everyone should receive the best price possible upfront, honest and fair. If you manage to find a better price somewhere else on the exact E-Bike you are looking at we can match it!
Our Price Guarantee has some limitations:
- We reserve the right to change prices due to fluctuating sale prices from our manufacturers.
- The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website.
- Promotional offers are not eligible. Price must be based off MSRP or RRP or SRP
- Must be from an online store, cannot have a physical retail location.
- Cannot be a discounter or auction website such as…eBay, Overstock etc.
- The competitor must be an Authorized Dealer.
The Price Match Guarantee is for the final price after shipping and sales taxes. Most online stores advertise lower prices, then tack on shipping charges and sales taxes. Ultimately making their price higher than ours. We never have hidden fees.

- Details about the E-Bike in question.
- The website where the purchase was made.
- Your order number (if already bought).
- Your emailed receipt ( If already bought elsewhere).
New E-Bike pricing includes all offers and incentives. Tax, not included in products shown and must be paid by the purchaser. While great effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on this site, errors do occur so please verify information with a customer service rep. We have the right to fix, adjust, update pricing as often as we need to. This is easily done by calling us at (608) 276-5921 or by visiting us at our store.
Promotions cannot be applied to E-Bikes in specials tabs such as Demos, Used Bikes, Crazzy Deals Etc..
Some promotions may be either online purchases only or in-store online. Please contact us if you are unsure.
Content Disclosure ”Accuracy is our goal “
Although all effort has been put in to ensure all content is correct, we make can mistakes.
It’s next to impossible to be 100% accurate on all product content. We inventory E-Bikes from all over the world with thousands of variants. We do not mean to mislead with inaccurate information such as incorrect photos, videos, descriptions, specifications and so on…
Warranty: Manufactures Warranty Only, Crazy Lenny’s E-Bikes LLC. is not a Warrantor. We are an authorized retail dealer, not a manufacturer.
However… We will help you submit a claim and we will fix your E-Bike. After all, we want you back on the road enjoying the ride!
Recalls: In most cases when you register your E-Bike with an email address, the manufacturer is responsible for contacting you of a recall. However, keep in mind they do not always do so. A good habit is to periodically contact the manufacturer and ask if there is a recall on your E-bike. If you need help or have further questions feel free to ask us by simply calling or emailing our support at firstname.lastname@example.org
Although we always strive for 100% recall checks, In some cases we may miss an E-bike that is sold. If you find out your recently purchased E-Bike has a Recall please contact us, so we may resolve the matter in a timely fashion.
Please note Most and almost all cases the manufacturer does not cover the labor expensive of a repair or recall.

All sales are final or subject to a 20% restocking fee. At Crazy Lennys E-Bikes we want you to love your E-Bike and if at any time you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know and we will do our best to find the right bike for you.
Returns must be made in 3 Business Days
You have 3 business days from the day you purchase your E-bike to Return it to the store. The E-Bike must be in Like-New Condition (See Condition Report Page ) If E-Bike does not meet Like-New condition additional fee’s may be encountered.
Please note: An even in-store exchanges will not encounter a restock fee*
“Online Return Policy” Online purchases follow the same guidelines as our 3 Day Return Policy plus a return shipping fee which the buyer is responsible for. The online buyer is responsible for safe shipping back to our location. All Online returns are subject to inspection & documentation once received at our Madison Location. Additional fees may be deducted from refund amount if there is Damage to the E-Bike.
